Vitamin C intake guide: Powder 250 grams;

1. A spoon (the spoon supplied inside) is 2 grams.
2. Mix in a 500ml bottle.
3. Drink 250ml, equivalent to 1,000mg.
4. Repeat the same process for the daily diet.

5. 1 hour before and 1 hour after taking Vit C. Avoid coffee or sugary drinks. For best absorption.

6. Mix with plain water. Warm + hot water can damage the benefits of Vit C.

**you can mix 2.0-5.0 grams of AA with 1.0 grams of baking soda to remove the sour taste.
